Palouse Root Seller

During the COVID-19 crisis Palouse CD is still striving to support our farmers and community as best we can.  The "Palouse Root Seller" is a virtual farmers market to help mitigate the impact growers throughout the Palouse might be feeling from restaurant and farmers market closures and put consumers in direct contact with the producers.  No middle man, directly from the farm to your table.

If you are a local farm who would like to be added, please contact Garrett LaCivita at:

Additional Resources

Palouse Clearwater Food Coalition

PCFC brings representatives from regional and community organizations, institutions, agencies, non-profits, and retail businesses together to grow awareness and connectedness to our local food system. Their website has some helpful links on where to find farmers markets and buyers guides.  Additionally, their interactive maps show farm-to-table restaurants, food banks, community gardens, meat processing facilities, and more throughout the Palouse.

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) on the Palouse
Do you love fresh produce? Are you looking for a way to support local farmers on the Palouse? Consider joining a CSA! Community Supported Agriculture – CSA – is a collaborative, shared-rick approach to local food production that encourages consumers to purchase food products directly from producers in a partnership of mutual commitment and benefit. Consumers pay up-front early in the year for a subscription or ‘share’ of the farm.
