Jump into spring by joining us for a stream clean-up event in downtown Pullman on Earth Day! Enjoy a couple of hours walking along Missouri Flat Creek and the South Fork Palouse River as we remove litter and recyclables in an effort to keep Pullman green and clean.
Participants will be required to provide their own transportation. This event will take place rain or shine so please dress appropriately. Participants can expect to walk about a mile over uneven terrain. An accessible option is available; please connect with event organizer at the start of the event. Closed-toed shoes, sun protection, rain gear, and a water bottle are recommended!
If you have any questions, contact Olivia Baker at AmeriCorps1@PalouseCD.org or (509) 553-1857.
Registration full? Don't worry - there are plenty of opportunities to get involved with community stream clean-ups for Earth Day! Pullman Adopt-a-Stream volunteer groups are also hosting stream clean-ups this month:
