Native Plants Hike at Kamiak Butte 04.30.23

Join Palouse Conservation District for a native plants hike at Kamiak Butte on Sunday, April 30th from 1 – 4 pm! Local experts will guide you through the trails as we identify the native plants present in the park.

Registration is required. Please fill out the event registration form so that we can send you event updates as needed. We are capping this event at 15 participants. Once we reach 15 participants, any additional registrants will be placed on the waitlist. Please watch for a confirmation email letting you know your status.

Please bring your own water, and be sure to dress for the weather and being on the trail.

We will be logging observations onto the iNaturalist app. We recommend that you download the app to your phone and create an account ahead of the event if you wish to participate in iNaturalist activities. You can learn more about iNaturalist here.

This event is being held as a part of the City Nature Challenge, which is a global, crowd-sourced biodiversity event taking place on April 28th - May 1st. Learn more about the City Nature Challenge here!
