The Pullman Adopt-A-Stream Program engages community members, businesses, and students to preserve local waterways through clean-up activities and annual maintenance. Similar to the Adopt-A-Highway Program, the streams that flow through the City of Pullman have been divided into “adoptable” stream segments that are maintained by community groups or individuals.

Renew your enrollment or get started as a new stream steward! $20 is the annual fee to support a cleaner waterway in Pullman.

New volunteer groups: Please be sure to fill out the "Become a Steward" form on our website and coordinate with a PCD staff member before you submit your first payment.
