Spring Livestock Series: Firewise for Livestock Properties 05.26.22

Join us for this second in a series of two webinars on spring livestock management! This presentation is free and open to the public. It will be held via Zoom.

Wildfire can quickly become a real threat to rural landowners. When horses or livestock are involved, action needs to be taken quickly to reduce the chance of animals being lost and property damaged. This presentation will help you identify wildfire risks around your farm or ranch and provide you with the appropriate actions to minimize risks as well as ways to expedite an evacuation should the danger of wildfire arise.

Missed the presentation? View the recording the next day at www.palousecd.org/video-archive.

Be sure to register for the first event in the series, Pasture Management and Climate Resiliency, on May 19, 2022!
