Palouse Conservation District implements a variety of projects that help our community and our farmers. No issue is too small! Our assistance ranges from free technical information and consultations to partnering with landowners on larger conservation projects, such as reduced till agriculture, livestock management, or riparian restoration work. How the assistance process works

1. Request assistance on our website and a PCD Planner will contact you. 2. Your Planner will conduct a site visit on your property to determine your goals and priorities. 3. Your Planner will determine funding availability for your project. 4. Funding is granted! 5. Your Planner will complete field visits to assess practices. 6. Your Planner will create a custom conservation plan for your and your property. 7. You will review and revise your plan together to fit your needs and the needs of your property. 8.
